Why should he have durability negation, technological manipulation, and element manipulation?

That is not Water Manipulation.

Why should he have Density Manipulation?

That is not Astral Projection, but Illusion Creation or Duplication is likely fine.

That is Transformation, not Shapeshifting.

That is not Death Manipulation.

That is Regenerationn, not Healing.

That is not Fear Manipulation.

Immersion is fine, but I am not sure about Data Manipulation.

Why should he have Adhesivity?
