Yeah i think so, this a pretty minor and self-evident CRT with 2 admin agreements, but the thread need to reach 24 hours mark at least if i'm not wrong

Limited Damage Reduction & Electicity (Via Battle Armour) DB Chapter 291/03

"Impact resistant" does not equal reducing damage; Vegeta is noting its durability. Even in the original Japanese dialogue, Vegeta says "衝撃にはそうとうに強いぞ", which is effectively "It's very resilient against shock"; as in, the armor is notably durable.
