Adding types 1 and 3 immortality for Cell.

After Cell comes back from his self destruction, he says that he is immortal. The Dragon Ball Wiki's page for Immortality lists Cell as a character with immortality, saying that Cell states that he will live forever as long as he isn't completely annihilated. This may mean he inherited Picolo's eternal youth (that last bit is an assumption on my part, it could have also been something the computer gave him).

Okay, it turns out that in the English dub of episode 189, right at the end, Cell states that he will live forever. In the Japanese version, he instead says he's going to wipe out Earth.

Freeza and Piccolo both are from long-lived races. That, combined with his regenerative capabilities, (and possibly the Androids' infinite energy sources inside him) should pretty much ensure that he'll live practically forever, with no visible change.

Well, he does have Piccolo's cells, and Piccolo himself has eternal youth while the Nameks in general can live for up to 500 years. He also does have an enhanced Regenerationn ability so he can regenerate from a single cell. The Saiyans can also live longer than humans, and Cell has their genetic makeup as well. That said, while he did absorb 17 and 18, to quote his profile:

"However, though he has absorbed both Androids 17 and 18, he lacks their limitless stamina and can still be worn down over time."

I think he should have immortality, but I could be wrong.

Can you show the proof of that Piccolo has eternal life, rather than just longevity? Also, if this ability was acquired after merging with Kami, it seems more likely that Cell copied him before that happened.

Immortality via Regenerationn seems fine in any case.

It's not stated in the series itself, but the Daizenshuu states that Piccolo inherited his fathers eternal youth. This is confirmed in Dragon Ball Online, where, despite being set 216 years after the end of DBZ, Piccolo has not visibly aged. While Namekians do live long, they still visibly age overtime. Piccolo has not. Piccolo's profile on this wiki lists him with type 1 immortality.

Okay. I suppose that Cell might have it then, but since it is speculation "Possibly Immortality type 1" seems best.
