Adding Characters to D&D Homebrew

So me and my friends recently got done with a D&D campaign, and I wanted to add profiles for our characters on FC/OC Battle Wiki. Because they are D&D characters, should I add them to the D&D Homebrew Page? Or should I just make my own verse and put the characters in there? From the looks of it, the D&D Homebrew page is mostly for Mr. Bambu's campaign & the VSBW Campaign, but there are pages for characters that aren't in those said campaigns.

Should I add my campaign characters to the D&D Homebrew page or just make my own verse?
