There are some formatting errors in those pages. I'm not entirely sure what you mean by "featuring those pages more", but if what you mean is "adding the page officially to the website", those formatting errors should be reconciled first.

I recommend thoroughly going through the Standard Format for Character Profiles page to rectify the errors, and to cross-reference the way those pages look with other character profiles to ensure nothing sticks out. If these are the first pages you've made, it's understandable that these errors can occur - just be sure to acknowledge and fix them when they arise, and to use your profile sandbox (available, in your specific case, right here) to draft these pages before posting them.

With exception to specific circumstances, you generally do not need to ask permission to make a new page (so long as it isn't a duplicate page, mind you). If you fix up the issues with the pages, you should be able to post them without a fuss.

I mean creating a character's profile. I am not good at English So maybe I'm using the wrong words, sorry.

In most cases, yes. A CRT is more necessary if you want to change an already existing profile - with some exceptions (i.e.: if you want to create a profile for an unknown verse that goes well into tier 1/0), you generally aren't required or expected to discuss a profile you've made before posting it.

There's nothing wrong with making a post like this to be sure, though. If you can just fix up the formatting errors on those drafts, you can post them without an issue.

Given Fran and Astra are non-canon characters, i feel a little more research could be done than what the pages you posted are right now. I have access to better renders for them as well

Fran doesnt need to be planet level when shes essentially Universe level the entire time, and Heck shes probably higher given she was said to be affecting timelines on Wondeba's arrival. Page needs a lot more cleanup though imo

It's pretty clear that Fran and Asta have nothing to do with Canon, I just profiled those characters. And there will be no scans into Canon.
