Dunno much about Resident Evil, but Widow should take this due to superior equipment, training, and experience. After all, she's comparable to the likes of Captain America and all that,

Both are highly trained agents, Ada in particular, was casual when dealing with the likes of Jack Krauser, and bested him in combat.

However, I do agree that Widow has the equipment advantage.

If they both have knowledge about each other... Then it will be a draw. Basicaly because Ada will escape - it's her specialization after all.
