Acnologia (Fairy Tail) vs Ancalagon the Black (Lord of the Rings)

ancalagon wins via size (in he roughly x1000 the size of acnologia, he is said to be around the size of half of skotland minimum, to the point his body would be clearly seen form space, and every step he takes would cause an earth quake).
in intelegent he is supposdly greater, as he is a tolkein verse dargon. he is less insane, posses powerful mind control and telepathyc abilities as the strongest tolkein dragon.
considering that smaug was able to do things such as blowing up normal buildings with each breath, ancalagon's fire breath should be roughly around the level of a hydrogen bomb, maybe even a tsar bomb.
about his durability, you know how he ahs been killed?
he has been blusted by a silmaril for 24 hourse.
if we would use the more likeble chance that the silmaril constantly shoot on him a beam of light, then we can say, by the definition of the power of the silmaril, that to kill him you need more power then the combined power of over billion supernovas and the same number moons crashing on you.
acnologia have no way to even scratch this behemoth.
shortly, ancalagon can crash him via his size, as acnologia would be nothing more as an insect for him in term of size, he is smarter (in theory), can control minds and mess up with memories (as seen with glaurong), and you need to blow up the entire galaxy said fight happened in to actually cause him any damage.
even using the time and space manipulation won't help acnologia, as we are tlkaing about nigh-omnipotent God in teh form of a dragon.
he would be most likely immune to any sort of magic or reality warping acnologia might use.
basically, ancalagon is the definition of the concept OVERKILL.
