Overall Ace has better stats but against absolute zero he can't really do anything. So if Ace can finish him before the activation of White Album (which I think he can, given his massive speed advantage) he'll win however if Ghiaccio can activate White Album then he wins. So basically it boils down to who can hit first.

I don't think Ace's fire is hot enough to to get past White Album, so I would go with Ghaccio
