Acausality Type 5 question.

1. Can Acausality Type 5 be negated?
2. Would it be possible for two AC5 characters to exist, one of whom can superimpose Cause/Effect effectively negating their AC5 to attack them?
 
1. Yes, can be
2. I assume you mean there two characters A and B have Ac5 and character A can impose causality upon B to attacks B, yes it can. Unless we talking about Aca 5 of tier 0 character then it is a No, cause if that happen, then it is anti-feat against tier 0
