An Friend of mine asked me to ask here bassically if someone who gets type 4 Acausality due to being stated to not follow the laws of the world can't be interacted with by a character who hasn't faced someone like that before

Yeah, they just simply resist some kind of law hax fate hax causality hax etc instead of being impossible for others to physically touch them
