About warp

Hello everyone, I have 2 questions about warp related things.
1. Some characters have "in the warp" key which is 1A. Does that mean they can be 1A only when they are inside of it? Can they use their 1A level power outside of it?
2. I need some info abput warp travel. Doesnt human enter the warp by themselves? So a non 1A characters shouldnt enter a 1A realm by themselves, doesnt it create problems in powerscaling?

1. For most characters that have the "In the Warp" key they're usually either chaos dudes or psykers and only specific hax/abilities they have would have 1-A. Outside of the warp they wouldn't be 1-A physically and would only have some 1-A tier hax if that hax relates in some way to the warp (like destroying a soul in the warp for example)

2. Humans and other species can enter the warp but they won't get 1-A just because of that. Usually the 1-A characters have actual feats of harming other 1-A characters or at least being comparable to them, usually scaling to daemons and high-tier psykers who have feats of effecting the warp on a sufficient level. Either that or those guys have an amp of some kind

So that mean Titus can have 1-A key because he fought lord of change in the warp?

IIRC an interview said that realm Imurah, Titus, and the rest fought wasn't the warp but a pocket dimension between real space and the warp so nah

Thank you for info. About first one, so we can assume that their ap decreases in the real space yeah? Like if we put Emperor in different universe that has no warp then he wont be able to use his 1A power ?

Theoretically if he's cut off from the warp entirely yeah he wouldn't have his powers since he essentially relies on it for all his psychic stuff.
