About Tsunade Durability.

So, I know about Naruto verse getting a complete revision or so I heard but I have a question?

Why is Tsunade's durability only Town Level? I believe it should be City Level?

Reason being? Because when she was chasing after Pain, she had to be in close proximity, if not right at the epicenter of Shira Tensei, which is a city level attack. In general, for her to react fast enough to release all of her chakara to Katsuyu to protect as many in the entire village as she can, she couldn't have been far away.

Not only that, she also used her seal to survive the attack anyway, besides releasing her chakara to protect the entire village.

What do you think?

Tsunade was on the hokage building hundreds of meters away (possibly more than 1 km)
No one scales to full power Shira tensei.

Yeah, Tsunade actually chased right after Pain as soon as he starting "flying"

Tsunade tanked it with Katsuyu. If anything its a Durability feat for Katsuyu. Although one could argue that without Tsunades Chakra, Katsuyu couldnt have protected them.

What do you mean? Katsuyu wasn't/didn't cover Tsunade during the attack? And if she gave all her chakara to Katsuyu, then that means she had no chakra to protect herself from the attack?
