Suppose a 9-C character has infinite/immeasurable speed can they speedblitz tiers 9-C to Tier 0 or is there a limit to who they can speedblitz?

Why and how would a 9-C character blitz a Tier 0 character?

You're right. Any other character with infinite/immeasurable speed can cancel out 9-C character's speed and curbstomp.

The concept of speed loses all meaning at Tier 1-A (which is why they are rated as "Irrelevant") So having infinite/immeasurable speed far from makes you able to blitz a Tier 0. Especially due to their completely boundless and unthinkable state. They can destroy any 9-C just by non-existing or some stupid crap like that if they want.

Well Immeasurability is variable. (A 5-D being that's immeasurable is nowhere remotely near comparable to a 190,000-D being that's immeasurable) But if the 9-C has High 1-B level immeasurable speed like Molecule Ma, then yes that would be the limit of who they can blitz.

I myself am no expert on higher dimensions. You could ask The Living Tribunal1 about the differences between them if you'd like. But he's very intelligent and not too good with Layman's terms from my experience, so you may get a bit confused from his explanations lol

That's because I'm a Staff Member. Staff Members have uniquely colored usernames, whereas regular uses such as yourself have blue ones. Here is the way to tell who is who.

Brown Usernames = Calc Members: People who make and evaluate calculations.

Light Blue Usernames = Chat Moderators: People who are able to kick and ban people from chat.

Yellow Usernames = Content Moderators: People who are able to edit locked pages.

Red Usernames = Discussion Moderators: People who are able to kick/ban people from chat along with closing threads. Yet they cannot edit locked pages.

Green Usernames = Admins: People who can do everything Chat, Content and Discussion moderators can do. Along with blocking people from the wiki. I am an admin.

Purple Usernames = Bureacrats: The highest level of authority on a wiki. People who can do everything an admin can do. Along with appointing new admins or blocking them.

Here is a list of all the Staff Members.

It dictates staff positions. Basic blue is normal members. Red is Discussion mods. Green is admins. Light blue is chat mods. Purple is bureaucrat.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I think that 1 Tier 0 character can defeat infinite number of High 1-A Characters at once.

@Adam Perhaps a Tier 0 could destroy an infinite amount of High 1-As in their own verse, but comparing the power between a Tier 0 and a High 1-A from another verse is very difficult to determine I've heard. Remember these are characters who have literally far surpassed the concepts of math and logic, so don't expect them to make a lot of sense lol

What tier do you have to be to surpass the laws of the logic, math and the universe?

I do believe that video game logic can ignore the rules of the real universe in which we live in.

@Adam It honestly depends. Even Tier 2s can transcend the concepts of space, time, etc. from our perspective. Transcending all forms of math, logic and all that good stuff is 1-A though.

All Tier 2's... even Low 2-C's? I thought 2-B was the low end required to do that.

Is there also a link that shows which gaming, anime, cartoon verse is the most powerful?

@Adam I just said "even Tier 2s." Not all Tier 2s. Not quite sure what the minimum tier for transcending all of 3-D is. Sorry.
