Vision could probably have Durability Negation. Scarlet Witch doesn't.

He was arguing not to give durability negation because despite having mind manipulation she never showed making them kill each other or turn their brain off, its clear that mind manipulation=/= durability negation because it can only happen with certain conditions.
The fact that there is a chance for them to have one but not durability negation already is enough reason to add it to the profile.
