I don't know about that one but I agree he should have at least Rel on his speed rating
Iirc he tagged Edo Madara while he was lightened by Ohnoki
And Edo Madara has an accepted relativistic RS calc on the wiki

However, it's been years since we've had a proper speed revision, so things will likely change a lot. I think we'll have a lot of upgrades AND downgrades.
