How can he be dealt with, even with spinach? Please tell me who could beat him? What exceeds "Toon Force"? Just like other people, I am not fond of the hyperboles that with spinach, he can tie with completely omnipotent beings.

Probably hardcore Conceptual Manipulation that's used before Popeye eats his Spinach. If one can annihilate the concept of Toon Force along with the power boost he gains from Spinach, then Popeye is left signficantly weaker and can be done in by another use of Conceptual Manipulation.

This is a completely pointless thread. We all know there are a massive variety of characters that could beat Popeye as you even say inside of the post. Making a thread or blog asking people to think of characters that beat someone you feel gets wanked really serves no purpose.

Maybe if you wanted to do something like who can beat him in a fair fight or who within his tier or level could defeat him that is fine. But asking "Can he be defeated?" is an obvious and needless question.

Oh. I should have been meant "Who or what can beat Popeye within his level, even with Spinach?" So Dip is the same kind that was in Roger Rabbit's world?
