Can anyone please explain this thread? because I'm still stuck here, huhu
Btw some say Existence Erasure can deny immo type 6 and above according to EE performance, Is this true?
Some even say immo can deny the weakness of the opponent
For example like a zombie that has immo 7, its weakness is light so we can defeat it using a light manip, meaning we can negate their immo based on their weakness as well, is this true too?

First off, there are various levels of existence erasure. Some will only erase the body, while some will nuke the soul as well.
type 1 immortality is just endless life, can be negated with any ability.
Type 2 just allows you to survive extreme injuries, so even conventional death hax / baseline existence erasure can kill it.
Type 3 is confusing, since there are people that can regenerate from complete erasure, so you need higher level existence erasure to kill them . High godly regen would need high godly regen negation to kill.
Type 4 is same as type 3 but with resurrecction/reincarnation.
Type 5 is being unbound by conventional death, so yeah you need EE to kill them.
Type 6 is sending your soul to another body, so a erasure that destroys the soul and consciousness can kill it.
type 7 is being already dead, like a soul so again existence erasure works
Type 8 and type 9 cannot be negated by existence erasure unless it is some unconventional form of existence erasure that works on type 8 and type 9. Yogiri takatou for example has death hax that can insta kill all types.
Personally, the easiest way to deal with immortality is the BFR/sealing . This should deal with all until type 9. For type 9 well, you just need an ability that can kill the real body of the target by killing it's avatar like yogiri.
