About Mata Nui's tier outside his universe

When I asked Greg Farshtey about whether Mata Nui would be able to destroy universes he replied that he would be able to do so by destroying planets and suns but he would not be able to destroy everything in same time. Should we put him to 3A tier outside his universe? Unfortunately, the site where I asked him this question was closed and I can not provide a link to the site.
