About Logic and Paradox Manipulation

Paradox Manip allows the user to defy common sense, logic and reality while Logic Manip allows you to create shape and manipulate the rules of logic.

These are possibly the strongest form of reality warping.

so my question is: Can these be used to justify a higher dimensional tier?

Defying logic or manipulating logic to defeat a 1-B or hell even a 1-A. is it accepted in this wiki?

Yes, but with feats to support. Mainly because we would likely treat those as sub-powers of reality warping, rather than stronger versions.

We wouldn't just say "Oh, that guy has Logic manipulation, so he beats someone who is far above his dimensional tier" without a supporting feat.

Yeah, Super Power wiki tends to NLF some of their powers (Even when lower applications clearly exist, and are logically there), which is why I try to avoid it at all times.
