Can hax bypass immunity that only affects 4d break through 5d resistance?

For example, character A has manipulation concept type 1 bypass immunity and character b has manipulation concept type 1 5d resistance, can character A break character B's resistance or vice versa?

Hax that only works in 4D can't affect 5D because of differences in existence levels, mechanics, and power range. If you wanna affect a 5D entity, the hax has to reach or understand 5D reality too.

I mean both have 4d existence, but character A only passes 4d immunity and character B has 5d resistance.
