About Fatalis.

And finally, the three big ones:

Fatalis

AP/Dura: This thing can wreck large countries: i.e. the Schrade kingdom: in a very short span of time. That's fairly clear-cut Large Country level material.

Speed: Only slightly below the Crimson Fatalis. Speaking of...

Crimson Fatalis

AP/Dura: This thing is even stronger than the other Fatalis (and by extent the other Dangerous First-Class Monsters), for starters.

Speed: It also sports MHS+ travel speed and Sub-Relativistic attack/combat speed. Since it only barely has the latter, however, and Fatalis is a little bit below that, it's probable that the normal Fatalis is only MHS+, especially seeing as that is more consistent with the other first-class monsters with which it is on-par like Dire Miralis.

White Fatalis

AP/Dura: Here's the big one, it causing an eclipse yielded Planet level and it's rather clearly well above the rest of the verse so I'd not say it's an outlier, nor does it need to scale to anything other than a full-power Monster Hunter.

Speed: The link shows proof of Relativistic travel speed with FTL reactions/combat speed. That look good?

At any rate, I understand if the calc group has more important thigns to handle. I'm more suggesting we use this in place of what we have for already existing Monster Hunter profiles, especially seeing seeing how they're inconsistent with established lore (the very clearly strongest monster, White Fatalis, is listed as being weaker than several other monsters, for instance.)

I'd recommend waiting until one of the people who had done the Fatalis eclipse calc post a blog on the topic, so that it can be looked at and such.

Also, shouldn't monsters like the Fatalis and the Kiri have a key showing stats for each species? (If they also had image tabbers for each of the species, that would be most excellent.) They each have separate levels of power and such, after all.

Oh yeah, MH upgrades are coming! I knew those videos of the White Fatalis meant for something. So White Fatalis is now the strongest thing in MH, both lore and in VS Debates.

It should scale to his Dura though. The guy can dish out blows against the Monster Munter who can tank them, and can in turn tank many of the Monster Hunter's hits.

Okay so I saw the profiles for the hunters. Well made, but why hasn't Fatalis' durability changed to Moon level as well?

Eh its protected. Can someone else do it? The durability should go something like this: Possibly Moon level (Can dish out blows against a G-Rank Monster Hunter who can tank them, and can in turn tank many of the G-Rank Monster Hunter's hits.)

I love the idea of cosmic level monsters in Monster Hunter. Just be careful about circular power scaling.

I was a bit worried about circular power scaling as well, but since the Fatalis AP was worked out first, it should be fine.

Finally got around to making a Rathalos profile (why the heck was it missing for so long?). Will be making/updating the others soon enough.

K. Finally found time in my schedule to make another profile. Will do it tomorrow afternoon (not sure when that would be for you guys due to Australia being in a weird time zone). I hate to ask this, but, any requests? If not, I'll just do Kushala Daora, due to it being my fav monster (as you can see from my profile pic)

What about Akantor? I was thinking of doing an Akantor vs. Crimson Fatalis match-up. How about this for Akantor: "Unknown, possibly City Level (Powerful enough that the Guild compares it to Elder Dragons. Elder Dragons like Kushala Daora can change the weather and create large storms (from an MH4/MH4U cutscene))". An MH4U mission description also states that one Teostra melted a large portion of a desert's sand to glass, which may or may not be comparable.

Also, I think Fatalis' profile could be updated to separate normal/Black, Crimson, and White Fatalis' stats. Right now the page blends them together too much.

EDIT: I noticed that Fatalis' page makes a distinction between lower-ranked and G-Rank versions of Fatalis. The Kushala Daora I just described was high-rank (technically Caravan quest). Does that change anything for Kushala Daora's stats?

Actually, it turns out my window was shorter than I thought. Will have to wait till tomorrow.

Have done it. Yay! Hope it's good enough.

BTW, it seems that the DA link near the top has some new monsters, in the form of a couple Deviljhos, Glaveni (that's the plural for Glavenus, right?), a Brachydios, and a Teostra. That might be worth looking into (especially since Deviljho is already a page).
