Well, I tried to calculate the GBE of the enma sphere with one star gravity and I found Multi Continent level so I would like to know if it is an Outlier

Most definitely. The verse, low balling, is large town to city level. High balling with some wank, they can potentially hit small country. Right now they're sitting at mountain level, with the potential for the higher tiers to be raised to island level.

you cant calculate it based on science since they are using an energy from fantasy to create their techniques :)

well Reborn is a scientist and one of the worlds best scientist and he gave his opinion on Enmas power

First, Reborn isn't a scientist. He's very intelligent, yes. But not a scientist. He's literally the "World's Best Hitman." Verde is a scientist.

Secondly, simply because something is stated doesn't mean it's true. The way Tsuna was able to destroy the black holes simply isn't plausible. The black holes also weren't sucking up things fast enough, nor were they large enough to even constitute a proper black hole. Keep in mind that black holes are the results of stars collapsing in on themselves. Not to mention that it certainly didn't have the gravitational pull even remotely close to a black hole. Such a thing is noted on Enma's page.

Thirdly, the argument that it's fantasy is irrelevant for without any basis in science, none of it is possible. It's set in modern day, with modern appliances, and common science. Sure, Enma can create black holes, but they are not at all comparable to the real thing, so we don't treat it as such. Enma's black holes having levels of gravity comparable to a star, is, at this moment, a rather massive hyperbole. Even when compared to the highest I've seen KHR be, which is country level.

I think, it can absorb and destroy matter with the same potency of his power, so if enma is city level, the black hole will destroy everything in the city level range.
