What I am trying to say is can Elder God Demonbane seal all the outer gods from this Cthulhu Mythos verse? Including 'Sleeping Azathoth'?

Like seriously there are High 1-A outer gods in Cthulhu Mythos, asking if EGD can seal those High 1-A is just sounds like High 1-A vs High 1-A, so seriously please close.

Just like what Not Jim Sterling said "there are no way to actually know the correct answer".
First, to be honest, most of the guys here never ever touched Demonbane materials or even play both the Visual Novels, or understand Japanese language. Most of the stuff that people knew about Demonbane here are just stuff that people parroted. So you won't get satisfactory answer here.
Second, from our last thread where you asked Azathoth about stuff, we already concluded that even if two different series have the same setting, name, background story, skill/feat description, there is no way to actually determine whether their tier or powerlevel are actually same or not. People can only assume, some assume they are the same, some assume they are not the same, but only the author knows his creation the best about whether he put Demonbaneverse Outer Gods on the "same everything" with Cthulhu Mythos or not.
Therefore, to prevent such conundrum between high 1A from one verse versus high 1A from other verse, vsbattlewiki usually ban this kind of discussion. Though personally, I don't mind discussing this kind of stuff for fun purpose.
