Which takes 1st priority at least most of the time and why?

Consistent feats take precedence. Mostly because if an author draws a character destroying a planet 10 times and then says "It can't destroy planets" it's the equivalent of saying 10 times "it can destroy a planet" and once "it can't destroy a planet"

Most likely a character's feat. At least from what I see here (like the atempt of downgrading demonbane)

The way I understand it, we treat WoG as we do for feats. If it's consistent with the character's regular power it's valid. Otherwise it's basically the equivalent of an outlier

Here is what is stated in the Editing Rules page:

"When a statement from a character, guidebook, or even word of god contradicts what occurs in the series, they won't be used. For example, if an author says that a character from his work is incapable of shattering planets, even though it has destroyed galaxies on-screen, we will always go with the latter, rather than the former."

Bowser's low end used to be Low 7-B, what makes you decide to upgrade his low end to 6-B?
