I was recently informed that the gap between Low 2-C abd 2-C is no longer considered infinite, just unquantifiable. If this is the case, does this mean that Low 2-C's can now have fair fights with 2-C's?

I was informed that it was never considered infinite by Cal and, I believe, AKM. It has always been simply unquantifiable.

I've remember hearing it from different people that it was infinite, and some people say it was simply unquantifyable. Either way, I'm fair certain that that match-up would still be an A.P stomp.

Basically, yeah. You probably learned this from the tension-filled 2-C Gogeta thread. Beerus and Champa could, maybe, fight and defeat baseline 2-Cs due to their combined strength having been agreed upon as 2-C. The rationale is that they are just at the very highest limits of Low 2-C and can reach 2-C levels if they combine their energy output.

Low 2-C vs 2-C is like putting a 7-B vs 5-B, the AP gap is monstrous but if they have hax then the fight can happen. Even between 2-C's the gap can be bigger than you think but hax makes things easier for the weaker one.

Also, the gap was never infinite AFAIK.
