Spatial Manipulation: She suddenly teleports across a courtyard, causing Gavar Khai to inadvertently kill one of his fellow Sith and nearly kill Luke

She got them to surround her and teleported away rather than manipulating space. It's just teleportation.

• Abeloth was surrounded by five powerful Force-users: Luke Skywalker, High Lord Taalon, Saber Gavar Khai, and two others Ben didn’t know. It was almost like a dance, with the combatants leaping, somersaulting in midair, tumbling aside. The cries of curses in the musical Keshiri tongue, the unique sound of the sizzle of lightsabers batting back Force lightning, the smell of sulfur all combined to unsettle Ben. And even as he watched, Abeloth suddenly was not there. The ring of five enemies was now inadvertently battling one another. Gavar Khai grunted in annoyance as his red blade sliced cleanly through not the monstrous Abeloth, but one of his fellow Sith. Luke had to Force-leap straight up to avoid the blade’s follow-through, landing lightly on his feet and looking about for their escaped enemy. Mocking laughter seemed to echo from all directions. They sprang apart, and then there she was again, at the far end of the courtyard, laughing as the four raced toward her. Their comrade lay dead and ignored, and as Ben watched, the vines reached to latch on to the corpse and started to pull away the pieces.

It's a little too inspecific.

Disagree. She just hit him extremely hard, and he gets up moments later.

• The girl was already swinging both hands toward Abeloth and unleashing a dancing fork of Force lightning. Swallowing his surprise, Luke extended his hand to summon her lightsaber and sprang forward as best he could on his injured knee. It was like hitting a wall of solid Force energy. One moment, he was hurling himself forward, reaching out to coordinate with Ben. The next, he was standing motionless, head spinning and ears ringing, watching Abeloth stumbling out the front door of the hall. Luke managed to remain standing for the handful of seconds it took to be certain that she wasn’t returning—that, once again, they had wounded her severely enough to make her flee. Then his knee collapsed, dropping him to the floor in pain.

Resistance to Enhanced Senses or Extrasensory Perception: Abeloth conceals herself from Luke Skywalker

I'd say both. The Force also allows Luke to do stuff like extend his mind to sense even the subtlest vibration. Distance isn't much of a factor, either.

Spatial Manipulation could be something else, so leave that and add teleportation separately.

Like I said, no, because it could be for something else. Maybe it's via scaling to the Ones.

The scan you provided for spatial manipulation is teleportation. That's what I'm trying to say.

Power Nullification sounds fair, but I'm not sure about Transmutation; he just overflowed her with enough dark-side energy that she straight up exploded. Sounds like some form of power gifting.

Dream Manipulation: Abeloth can attack people in their dreams
