A very small Frieza revision

In Frieza's "Post Tournament of Power/ Broly Saga" key it says:

"Universe level+ (Likely trained after the Tournament of Power and managed to survive being manhandled by an enraged Super Saiyan Broly for one hour straight. Viewed as a threat by Vegeta, who believed he needed to keep training so as to not be surpassed and eventually killed by him)"

However, this only applies to Golden Frieza.
It would be very inconsistent for Final form Frieza to be rated as Low 2-C as well, as that would mean Frieza would be around Broly Saga Super Saiyan Blue Goku's level in his final form alone, when this form has been consistently shown to be comparable to Goku's base form in Dragon Ball Super.

Given this, I suggest that Frieza's tier would be structured in a form similar to this:

Tier: "3-A, Low 2-C as Golden Frieza"

This is also fitting with Goku's tiering after the tournament of power, as he also have a tier of "3-A, Low 2-C as a Super Saiyan Blue"

No, he took few hits before turning Golden, and him tanking these hits are an outlier due to being very inconsistent with previous showings of Frieza in his final form

Regardless it would still be super inconsistent to scale Final Form Frieza to Super Saiyan Broly when even Golden Frieza couldn't match him. And mind you that the difference between Base Frieza to Golden Frieza is similar to the difference between Base to Super Saiyan Blue

No he atleast took a dozen hits from broly at miniume in base form

Who says anything about scaling to ssj broly power. Its just confirms base form frezia has the durability to withstand his attacks.

Take broly withstanding attacks and a enegry blast from ssg vegeta in base before he went into ape mode as an example.
