Well, Garou never fight an opponent that's essentially air before, not to mention fist alone is useless against a youkai, and his fear aura isn't going to work against the Shuten-doji and Yukari's friend. And even if he adapted and could potentially harm her, it's going to be a long time before Ol'Suika here pulverize him to death, or crumbling him to death, or get stomped to death. And that's not including how she's going to used her ability to gather his attention and lead him by the nose (like she does with her last game)
