I think I fixed the typos in AK's post
From being banned a couple times for, should I say, being too passionate about Arceus(lol), to coming back and becoming a thread moderator and ultimately an admin, Sniper has come a long way. Sniper has been immensely helpful over the years, be it providing reliable input on many important threads to dealing with tough situations while being levelheaded. He is among the very few staff members who can go out of their way to step into threads and speak their mind even if it goes against the majority consensus and that's admirable.

It is no secret that Sniper is one of our most helpful and hardworking staff members, who has been extremely loyal to the wiki over the years.

Now he will be also helping us out in validating new members who register to join the forum, and as such, the bureaucrats have decided to promote him to Super Duper Moderator, beyond even my authority.
Super Duper Moderators have more permissions/user rights than Administrators and even myself in the forum (like being able to access the approval queue for validating members and use their rights across all the subforums, etc.
