A Scientist and A Crime Lord Get Into A Fight.......

If this goes into a grappling match, which plays to Kingpin's strength, he will likely not be able to one shot, which gives enough time for Lisa to try and escape (aside from that bullrush. Furthermore, Lisa has a wider variety of strikes, allowing her to dictate the pace (especially given she's a luchadora), and outwit Kingpin's more aggressive power strikes.

Lisa wins this, but with high-ish effort.
 
Classic Luchadore vs Giant, I feel that Kingpin would have the advantage in this situation since this would basically turn into a Wrestling Deathmatch but My Vote is Lisa Purely due to having a lot more stamina Than Kingpin has so, Lisa FRA
