A Random Speed Feat

This question has been knocking around my brain for the past few days so maybe someone can help me figure out the answer:

How fast would a character be if they can APPEAR Omnipresent on Earth? They dont have actual omnipresence, theyre just fast enough to appear as though they are omnipresent.

Just a random question of no real significance other than curiosity.

Seems impossible to determinate, would say infinite at worse, SoL if it obey real physics due time dilatation.

It's finite for sure, but exact would depend on how you define "appearing omnipresent". Generally, omnipresent are invisible.

@Tipoima Omnipresent as in, to steal from the Omnipresence page, being present everywhere, whenever and nowhere at the same time, and being at every point in space during a given instant.
