So, Yoshi definitely has a bit more versatility due to his eggs and tongue and he could definitely try to keep him at bay using them.

Racist cop is likely far more skilled in combat however due to being an actual police officer and his prior knowledge of the dino would make him knowledgeable on his unique physiology, allowing him to better react to say his tongue
