Ok, so i've checked Marine's bio for a bit and the explanation for her tiering just bugs me. According to her profile she is physically comparable to Blaze, but she has absolutely no feats to back this up. Even going by Rush alone, Blaze managed to stomp Knuckles, defeat Eggman multiple times (with him even commenting that she's tougher then he expected) and she fought Sonic to a draw with Eggman saying they could take eachother out. By comparison, the only notable feat Marine has to display her physical strenght that i could find is that she briefly hurt Captain Whisker by thugging his whiskers/moustache, but even then, he just casually tosses her away afterwards so she should downscale from him at best. She never truely fights in Rush Adventure so she never displays anything close to what Sonic and Blaze can do (outside of deus ex machina PIS). Whisker doesn't have a profile as of now so i guess i should sumarise where he sits: basically, he held his own against Sonic and Blaze for a bit with some help from Johnny, but it's safe to say he doesn't fully scale to either of them since he's treated as a joke by both, which should reflect Marine's tiering
Basically, the explanation for Marine's tiering should change. "AP: 5-B physically (Briefly harmed Captain Whisker)" "Durabillity: 5-B (survived being tossed by Captain Whisker)" and she should be considdered to downscale from him.
