Does timeline erasure (4D EE) affect both body and soul? Also does 4D EE bypass Low and Mid Godly regen ?

1. If the victim is from the timeline, probably yes since you are erasing from history.
2. No, dimensionality in this case only bypasses 3D Resistances, but it still needs to be on a certain level.
4D Physical erasure >>> 3D Physical erasure
But if it doesn't target the soul, it doesn't bupass anything
