Is the sacred world of the kais a different realm like the otherworld or does it share the same space time with the mortal universe?

It's difficult to answer with certainty. AFAIK, they do experience time differently in Kaioshin realm, but It is also possible to physically travel - via flight or Instant Transmission - between the mortal realm and the kaioshin realm. At the same time, it is impossible to physically travel across the Universal boundaries - without the assistance of a Kai or an Angel. So I would say that Kaioshin realm does share the same space-time with the mortal universe
