Of course we would need to use the farmer with his limiter on, as to not make him overpowered. But seriously, he's joked about so much on this site, that he needs a serious profile now. And it should be fairly easy to make a profile for him.

There's no real reason for making a profile for him. He's just a regular human (when limiting himself) with a shotgun. He barely makes much of an appearance, and I don't think he even has an official name.

You're right about there not being a need for a Farmer profile, but it's not the profile we need, it's the profile we deserve.

He'd be around High 6-A or so with his shotgun, given his power level is 5
