I'd say Dimentio BFRs Sans into Dimension D. Besides, even if Dimentio doesn't press the two instant-victory buttons he has and which would both be in-character for him to use, he can just Flip away and fire off attacks from the second dimension until Sans gets tired of dodging and gets nailed by a magic shuriken with over twenty octodecillion times the attack potency required to one-shot Sans, if I did my math right.

Gonna bump this and note I still think this match can work. Sans still has potential wincons with Danmaku and dura neg even if it's less likely than Dimentio's wincons.

I wouldn't say it's almost instantly, since, even assuming KARMA scales to the opponent's power, it still acts pretty slowly and can't kill them on its own. The instant Dimentio reacts to the attack, he'll teleport somewhere else, and if Sans loses track of Dimentio for even a few seconds, that's all the time Dimentio needs to BFR him.
