A police officer fights against a masked killer (Rick Vs Jacket)

Well, while waiting for someone else to comment, I will start discussing the points of each one:
AP: Rick has a considerable advantage in AP/Durability, although it may not be enough to take down Jacket in one hit, it will be a serious problem for Jacket and a clear advantage for Rick in a hand-to-hand combat.
Stamina: This is probably also a point for Rick, as even though both have a similar level, Rick has his CRM suit which offers better protection in tactical terms.
LS: The difference in LS is huge in favor of Jacket, which, although it may not seem like it, could be a significant win condition, as Jacket is someone who tends to use LS in combat due to his excessive brutality, going as far as to rip jaws off, apply leverage to break arms, and easily snap necks.
Skill: Both have formal military training; however, Jacket was part of a special forces group made up of only 4 people, and he would have fought against numerous Soviet soldiers even despite a clear numerical disadvantage. Later on, he would go on to massacre entire mafias, with reports stating that more than half of them were eliminated by him. He has also faced a police station, having assaulted it and annihilating every police officer inside, reflecting once again his experience in special forces and as a war veteran.
It is also important to take into account that Jacket has amplifiers and enhanced senses thanks to the masks."
