Ripple can't touch Lee, that's for sure. Lee is at least 9,8 times tougher than Ripple (if we are optimistic and take the middle of 8-C) and could go as far as 44 times tougher (with baseline 8-C)
At worst for Ripple, Lee pulverizes her to oblivion and back if he lands 1 hit
At best, it's inconclusive if she endlessly keeps her distance away from Lee, which I guess she could do with her skill and massive stamina
