Low-Godly is not indefinite. Any given avatar typically has High Regen, though it takes time to do so. I'll say that if Naiomi can reduce his avatar to such a state she winsDrag-O-Drawgon said:

The only way Naiomi wins this one is either with sealing, or by BFR (if you had that as a win condition) (Cause she can teleport and BFR across galactic distances). That intangibility item Jay has is quite an ass for Naiomi to deal with. Or by petrification if Jay doesn't have an answer to that.

Petrification has been shown to work on Jay before, as has Sealing. If she can do those before Jay kills her, she wins.
