Most light speed attack dodging feats generally end up being in the Relativistic tiers, when it's FTL, it's because the character in question would have had to move at FTL speeds to dodge the attack, you can check calculations for feats like that to see the math behind.

Well, people can dodge guns, because the gun misses, or points in the wrong direction.

Trust me, it's not as simple as "Dodged a light attack, slap FTL in there" like you're implying, the feat is first deemed valid, and then calculated, or vice versa. Exemples of light dodging feats with calculations.
