A Happy October 23rd Birthday Match

It’s October 23rd. My fever is not going to stop me from doing this because on this glorious day because apparently two of my favorite fiction characters have their birthday on this exact day and are in the same tier.

These characters are Donquixote Doflamingo from One Piece and Ryūko Matoi from Kill la Kill





So to celebrate such a day, let’s put them against each other.
