I'd say Cyberdemon, because of its ranged advantage and its hellfire and energy blasts will destroy it, give the fact that they have slightly similar durability.
Goliath may have the speed and lifting strength advantage but Cyberdemon can BFR it to Hell, and spam its energyballs and shockwaves on it.
