So if Cole has better Biological Manip resist that can adapt to those hormones he probs resists it soundly.

Even if he doesn't that's probs still his win since he seem to have sound methods to actualy not be hit or breathe it in any manner in the first place. Something like a black hole would just pull all the fragrance away before it even reaches him, for example (Like the girl who controls Air Pressure used it to create an invisible shield and never make contact later down the series).
