If your talking about the bio leech thing iirc as this is good Cole this isn't something he generally leads or uses and he also has to grab you. Ken's large size would mean he'd have to affect the entire body too from what I'm seeing.

One way or another, Cole is much more maneuverable and has better hacks. Moreover, Dragon's body is completely covered in weak points

Their confrontation will be similar to a typical boss fight with a huge monster.

However, if Cole does not have a way to quickly destroy Kaneki, then he can destroy him with his mass, thanks to the huge size and total superiority of LS. He has an army of tens of thousands of exploding humanoids, as well as a huge number of tentacles with grasping mouths. They definitely will not be able to damage Cole due to their 7-C stats, but this is enough to drive him into a corner, crush him with a crowd and let Dragon smear him on the asphalt

For Cole's decon stuff he has to like, grab someone and drain their brain from the looks of it. Which might be hard considering the sheer size gap and idk where Ken's brain would be here (Is he like chilling in the head of the dragon I only watched a few anime episodes of TG sry). Cole can see people who have shapeshifted in this key though if that helps?

The army might not do much at least at first, not only can Cole poke them he can aoe with shockwaves and his whole style of fighting is being from a distance and fighting smarter, not harder and using his acrobatics to stay on the move.

For destroying Ken I don't think I saw any resists to heat or temperature manip, which will be an issue as Cole's elec powers make heat that causes one's muscles to cramp and lock up or just outright get cooked. Granted I know Ken's is a big boy in this key so mass is a thing but he has visible weakspots from the looks of it. Cole can generate lighting storms from the sky also to hit Ken in a larger area too.

Cole could do homing attacks to ensure they're struck and his lightning storm can affect those who normally resist him too, also the army now that I think on it shouldn't be able to touch Cole. Considering he could just flex his static aura like its haki lol.

If Cole is completely untouchable, then it's Stomp.

Otherwise, ten thousand minions will cause him problems.
It will also be problematic to destroy all the weak points of the Dragon, considering that its length on the surface is over 20 km and another 20 km lies underground

If your talking about Cole's polarity wall, I think it just covers his front and converts projectiles into energy for him to use to keep fighting. Considering the sheer size of Ken here though I think Cole would just get crushed regardless.

Hmm, is there a limit to the amount of matter destroyed at once? Because otherwise it would be like trying to break a hot steel ball with a piece of butter, which would simply melt on contact.

Dragon does not infect people. Kakuja actively uses huge tentacles, zombie-oggai, which are already part of the body and mass-produces kagune-humanoids. Consider it a continuous conveyor belt
