Stan attempted to scam Doug with some cheap knick knacks, but Doug caught onto the act. After questioning the legality of the items in his store, Stan panicked and knocked Doug out cold. Connie then drew Rose's sword to defend her dad, and Stan grabbed his baseball bat and brass knuckles.

Going with Connie. I think Stan holds an AP advantage and experience edge, but while Stan definitely has some skill, Connie far excels him. He may have experienced the paranormal but he rarely fights it, while Connie has dealt with gem matters sometimes even in her own and trained with pearl which is different obviously but more useful than simply being a trained boxer. Connie with difficulty but she should be able to finish him off.

I'd say Connie isn't even physically weaker. Stronger, even. Also, Sword >>>>>>>>>>>>>> Bat. Stan may break her a bone or two, but he'll lose a limb or two. Plus her actual combat training.
