Han's 8-A version only has transonic reactions, which would actually be a ten times difference, so it should likely be equalized.

Also, Naruto scales to 417 kilotons, whereas Han is somewhere vaguely above baseline. Naruto likely one shots here.

Though, since Han plays keep away, I think that the match is still fair, especially given that Han has some has whereas Naruto is most utility, given that speed is equalized of course.

Reaction speed can't be used to speed blitz, really. Unless the character has on tought speed attacks


Han is above 100 kilotons by an unknown amount, and only X5 really gets oneshot level advantage.

True, but a 10x speed difference still means that Han will basically never hit Naruto.

It's 5x? Oh, I thought 4x was one shot level. Okay. 4x is still a large advantage though.

Perhaps, though that AP gap is serious. And it's doubtful that he can one shot all of his clones with his infinite spinning mana arrows because of it. Though they'll still be destroyed after getting hit by a few.

Han essentially has to not get hit the entire battle, which isn't exactly difficult since he can fly out of Naruto's preferred range. Even with shadow clones, Han has various ways of increasing his own numbers, in the form of golems and summoned spirits, not to mention that he specializes in fighting one against many battles anyway.

I'd think Han would take it fairly handily if it wasn't for that serious AP gap. Even with his regen, just a few hits and Han goes down. His mana barrier helps, as does Gnome forming earth walls, and flight to get out of range of most things, but that AP gap is a huge thorn against him.

I'll wait a bit here as well. Hear some other input before casting a final vote.

I think so. I believe it was only accepted with the low end. If it's not specified but was accepted then the low end is still used regardless.
