A feat based on dying

I believe this is like a sustenance feat? in that case you gotta prove sauron's energy caused or was stopping this.
 
It depends on the context, if it's a chain reaction caused by death; probably wouldn't scale to physical stats. But if the character just does the feat while they're severely weakened with the last of their strength and it's just "Something they can do normally even in a heavily weakened state" then it is a solid AP.

I'd say it scales to Sauron. The explosion of his form directly caused the cratering of Mordor, and likely triggered the eruption of Orodruin, if it wasn't supernaturally bound to him and responding to his death because of it. Calcing both the collapse of Mordor and the eruption ought to bring Sauron into 7-A or above at a glance, and his full form and strength will upscale greatly from that
