While Dratini can't really do anything to this guy's stats due to his resistance, i believe that using Rain dance and setting up agility and dragon dance will give Dratini and easy win here. LD has no way to deal with Dratini's range and his only advantage is his super tough LS which will be useless is Dratini nukes him with a boosted hyper beam at 4x its speed. Overall, i give it to Dratini 9/10

Part of me is skeptical it'd be as seamless as Arceus0x suggests, but the reasoning seems solid, so I'll tentatively agree with the given arguing preceding.
