Pennywise is not clowning around (get it?), aka he is bloodlusted. He can use his Low 2-C form

Beerus is in character

They fight on Maine, Derry. Pennywise is in the sewers, Beerus is on the streets.

Nobody has prep or knowledge
 
Can Beerus Hakai the entirety of the Deadlights?

...Would Beerus even know right away to Hakai the entirety of the Deadlights?

Pennywise's true form is basically Fusion Zamasu with actual good hax. What does Beerus have that can genuinely hurt Penny's non-corporeal form? (Note that 'non-corporeal' and 'intangible' aren't the same thing)
 
If this takes place outside the deadlights, beerus can't see pennywise and therefore pennywise can snipe.

Takes place in it and beerus gets mindhaxed just by looking at pennywise.
 
That's the problem, though. Are Beerus's hax even an 'instawin' here to begin with? Can Beerus erase the entirety of the Deadlights with Hakai?

Because that's pretty much what he needs to do in order to win against Penny; completely destroy the universe it lives in/encompasses before it wrecks his shit with hax. (This is ignoring the fact that they're also starting out in the town of Derry, which means he's not even going to be within range of the Deadlights at first.)

And even if Beerus does have any good options here (and I honestly don't think he does under these circumstances), Penny mind-reads him easily. Gets the lowdown on all of his abilities as well as everything he's ever been afraid of.

Then it proceeds to hit Beerus with mind hax and reality-warping illusions that he's got no answer for.
 
Beerus can universe bust, casually, and hakai should work, it has no resistance.

Mind reading can't stop it, it could work for fears (but then again we know what he's scared of).
 
Let's face it; people rarely ever watch horror movies for the main protagonists. lol

But yeah, has Hakai taken out a universe-sized entity before? Not just one who's universal in power, but one who's the actual physical size of a universe. Not arguing whether or not he can destroy the Deadlights physically/without Hakai. (though just looking at it is enough to drive living beings insane, so good luck with that) He should be more than capable of doing that if given the chance. The problem is whether or not that's his only option in this scenario.
 
Yeah, Pennywise would win if they were both in-character, but with those battle circumstances, this is a total damn stomp in IT's favor.
 
Pretty much, man. This is knee-deep in 'squash match' territory. I legit don't see any way Beerus can win this, especially with Pennywise being both A) bloodlusted and B) an entire beyond-universal space away. How's he even going to find the Deadlights in order to destroy IT in the first place?

Really doesn't help that Grand Priest VS Pennywise was already considered a stomp for reasons identical to why Penny wins here.
 
I'm pretty sure that if Peenywise vs Grand Priest was a stomp in IT's favor then this would be a ultra-stomp.
